A TripAdvisor reviewer praised the well-maintained, thoughtfully designed props and puzzles and the friendly staff, and Google reviewers describe lots of good challenges and riddles, with kids solving many clues themselves.

One Morty reviewer felt it was bare in places, with more searching than necessary, some repetition and unclear direction. As a pair, they also disliked paying a four-player minimum for a room that didn’t need four people.
