Reviewers on Morty say the theming is spot on and feels like stepping into the cartoon, with puzzles built around classic Scooby-Doo tropes and friendly game masters who tailor hints to the group. Tripadvisor reviewers highlight the strong production values and the use of the show’s characters, villains and voice actors, and players on Reddit recommend it as a great pick for children. Google reviewers who played it found it more of a challenge than they expected.

On the other hand, enthusiasts on Morty found it easy, with a lot of screens and posted step-by-step instructions for some puzzles. One Morty group hit props that had not been reset and tech glitches that cost them time, and a Tripadvisor reviewer was tripped up by similar red and orange objects in the low lighting.
