Review of "Lucy's Room" at Exitus Escape Rooms

You have returned to your grandmother’s childhood home, a place filled with faded photographs, dusty keepsakes, and memories that feel almost too vivid to be real. She always spoke of a magical land hidden just beyond what the eye could see, and now you have come to find out for yourself whether her stories were fairy tales or something more.

We have not yet completed a review of Lucy’s Room at Exitus Escape Rooms in Guelph. We hope to experience this room soon.

What others are saying

Lucy’s Room is Exitus’s easiest room, aimed at newcomers, kids and small groups. Reviewers generally enjoy it.

Google reviewers say it suits two or three players and is engaging for kids. One mentions an “incredible surprise” inside, and a couple enjoyed it as a date night with the hidden-candy add-on. Reviewers on Morty call the puzzles clever and fun, and one praises staff for letting a nervous child leave and watch the game from the monitors. A Tripadvisor reviewer had a good time there with family.

One Google reviewer found it less challenging than hoped. Another warns it has more locks and puzzles than you might expect from a beginner room: their pair did not finish in time. On Morty, one player found a couple of puzzles hard to read with poor eyesight, and another group lost time chasing a wrong solution and wished they had been nudged with a hint sooner.
