What others are saying

Serial Killer Charade traps players in a killer’s remote cabin. It has been reviewed by Morty players and by two blogs, Escape Reviewer and We Try To Escape, and it is spooky without relying on jump scares.

Escape Reviewer praised the detailed, creepy design, high-tech transitions and puzzles woven into the theme. Reviewers on Morty describe the sets as a feast for the eyes and say the game flows well with no red herrings, while the music adds to the tension. We Try To Escape enjoyed the credible décor, the size of the game with many rooms to discover and its varied, logical puzzles.

Some Morty reviewers call it old-school, with plenty of locks, a couple of filler puzzles and the feeling that large groups split up too much to see everything. One also reported a final room that hadn’t been reset and dying flashlight batteries. We Try To Escape found the scenario a little unclear and didn’t love leaving belongings in the first room; it isn’t recommended for young children.
