I’m alone in this cell, but I’m not the only captive. None of us knows why we’re here, but our last recollections are eerily similar: we were interviewing for a job. They’re experimenting on us, but none of us knows what for.

What others are saying

The Lab: Lockdown is a physical, prison-break-style game built around improvising with whatever you find in the set rather than solving traditional puzzles. Reviewers on Morty are very positive about it, and it has also been reviewed by Room Escape Artist and the We Try To Escape blog.

Reviewers on Morty describe MacGyver-style challenges where you build solutions out of the props around you. Room Escape Artist found the ahas “exceptionally satisfying”, enjoyed the funny intro video and a story with more depth than expected, and liked the post-game video showing how other teams solved things. We Try To Escape called it very immersive and suggested it works best with about four players.

On the downside, Room Escape Artist spent 40 minutes on the first challenge while only two teammates could take part, struggled to tell what was in play, and felt the handcuffs added little beyond discomfort and bruises. Morty reviewers also mention bumps and bruises, along with some visual clutter and mannequins that look unrealistic.
