What others are saying
The Tomb: Raiders of the Sword is a long, physically demanding adventure through an ancient tomb. Reviewers on Morty are overwhelmingly positive, and the German blog Escape Roomers has also reviewed it.
Morty reviewers say it feels like stepping into a Tomb Raider or Indiana Jones film, with crawling, climbing and balancing in dim light, and safety gear handed out for good reason. Several note that it relies more on practical challenges than traditional puzzles, which they found more immersive. Escape Roomers called it the most immersive and physically demanding of Revo’s games, praising the wrist device that delivers messages, the variety of challenges and a spectacular finale.
On the downside, one Morty reviewer said the game master lost track of their progress and gave hints for puzzles already solved, and a device malfunction slowed the team down. Morty reviewers also warn that it is not for players who aren’t up for a physical challenge.
