The local blog TBay with Kids called it the easiest of the rooms they tried but still very challenging, and a Google reviewer agreed it’s one of the easier rooms while still being fun. That reviewer found the puzzles challenging but logical and the staff friendly. On Tripadvisor, one couple called the setup ingenious, with a realistic feel that matched the story, a smooth flow, and subtle hints that still made them think. Others described it as just the right level of challenge and an inexpensive hour of sleuthing.

The main complaint came from a Tripadvisor group of six: the room felt small for that many people and heated up quickly. They also felt per-person pricing made it expensive for a larger group.
