The Testing Ward
“Your group decides to sneak into Centre 101- An abandoned psych ward that was shut down years ago because of malpractice. While venturing through the dark halls, your group gets locked into The Testing Ward. You quickly realize you’re not alone. It’s still occupied by one of the original patients who’s taken it upon himself to get revenge on anyone who dares to enter the abandoned facility. You’ll need to play his game, or else.”

What others are saying
The Testing Ward is a point-based game set in an abandoned psych ward, and players describe it as spooky rather than truly scary. Opinions are more mixed than for other Ready Set Go rooms. Google reviewers are often enthusiastic, and one called it one of their favourite escape games, while one enthusiast on Morty called it the company’s weakest game.
Almost everyone praises the atmosphere. Reviewers call the set immersive and say the room runs mostly on sensors and lasers rather than padlocks. Players liked the non-linear, hands-on puzzles and the amount of teamwork involved, and staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful.
The main complaint is the dexterity puzzles. Several enthusiasts said a handful of puzzles drag on, either because a mistake sends you back to the start or because you repeat the same task several times at increasing difficulty, which makes the pace feel sluggish. One experienced player called those time-sinks a big disappointment and said it suits brawn more than brains. Another group got stuck on a sound-based puzzle. Teams of two often run out of time, so reviewers recommend bringing at least three or four people.
